Ingredient AI is a platform designed to accelerate supplement development by combining scientific research analysis, claims substantiation, and compliance automation with AI-driven insights. As Ingredient AI sought to establish its presence in the nutraceutical space and communicate its value to R&D teams, the goal was to articulate how brands can compress months of research into days and bring products to market with confidence backed by science. Our collaboration focused on delivering a complete campaign: from clarifying messaging and visual identity to producing launch assets and defining the research workflow that shows how Ingredient AI makes "formulation development as fast as your ideas."



Process
The process started with a messaging workshop, where we mapped the pain points of supplement formulators (time-consuming research, fragmented data sources, complex compliance requirements) and positioned Ingredient AI as the solution that transforms research from marathon to sprint. We developed a script and storyboard for an explainer video that illustrated how the platform surfaces insights from millions of studies, matches buyers with verified suppliers, and auto-generates compliance dossiers—all powered by AI that understands the nutraceutical landscape. In the design & motion phase, key scenes showing research automation, ingredient matching, digital NDA exchanges, and dossier generation were animated. Simultaneously, Formula Cards, regulatory documentation templates, and social assets were created to reinforce consistency across touchpoints and demonstrate the platform's practical applications. Finally, in the launch phase, the campaign was rolled out via social media, email, and targeted outreach to supplement brands and contract manufacturers. Messaging was aligned with Ingredient AI's core promise of confidential, accelerated R&D and supported by testimonials from industry leaders who experienced dramatic capacity increases. The unified creative and launch strategy helped convert technical complexity into an accessible, action-oriented narrative—enabling Ingredient AI to communicate its promise of "accurate, comprehensive formulation research at incredible speed."
